"Divine Lashes " has a strict no refund and no return policy, with the exception of product damage or defects reported within 72 hours of delivery.
No refunds on any sales or gift cards.
To initiate a return for damaged or defective products, customers must contact us at Divinelashes93@gmail.com with the following information:
1. Include your Name best way to contact you via email or text
2. Include order number
3. Details of the damage or defect, and/or supporting photos or videos.
4. A response can be expected within 5 business days.
The company is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or trays that are cracked during shipment.
